1. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

We collect personal information you voluntarily provide to us when you express interest in our services, participate in activities on our website, or contact us directly. Types of information collected: names, phone numbers, email addresses, mailing addresses, contact preferences. We do not process sensitive personal information. Payment Data: If you make a purchase, payment data (such as card numbers and security codes) is collected and handled by Stripe and PayPal: Stripe Privacy Policy, PayPal Privacy Policy.

We process your personal information to respond to inquiries and provide support, send administrative information, fulfil and manage orders, payments, returns, and exchanges, and protect vital interests in urgent situations.
